Nail Art Planner?

Do you all plan out your creations? Or luck of the draw that it turns out wonderful?? Me, I have to draw up a little nail and design on that paper. I guess it's just like face charts for makeup! I guess one day when I am in the super creative mood I will draw up a few designs! Let me know what you do, how do you design??
